A. Function and Usage

It is mainly used for turnover H-beam by 45º and 90º on the automatic H-beam production line. It is easy in structure and convenient in operation. And it can be used instead of crane.

II. Structure and Composition

A. Description

The device is a right angle, the worm wheel and worm under the device are driven by the decelerator. The decelerator derives the worm wheel and worm to complete the turnover of 45º and 90º of workpieces.

90º turnover devices for H-beam are adopted with mechanical structure. The turnover device is supported on the seat of parallel moving stand, and it covers a small area. The turnover of H-beam is adopted with the balance pointer wheel decelerator, which drives the worm wheel and worm. Parallel moving is controlled by worm wheel decelerator box.
