I. Brief Introduction of the Product
A. Function and Usage
CNC automatic assembling machine of H-beam type SKHZ-B is a kind of important equipment in H-beam production line. It is adopted with fast and convenient man-machine interface and automatic control of CNC system. It is suitable for manufacturing of T-steel, H-steel and various section of H-steel. Spot welding the four welding seams at the same time and one time for completing of automatic assembling may be realized for the web of H-beam which is more than 400mm in height. Automatic spot welding for assembling of T-steel may be realized by replacing the upper press wheels for the H-steel that is less than 400mm. The upper flange can be spot welded at one time by manual spot welding. Spot welding for assembling of H-steel with different dimensions may be realized by means of changing the set data.

II. Structure and Composition
A. Introduction
The spot welder for automatic assembling of H-beam consists of main machine, automatic centering input rollers, alignment device for the ends of flanges and web, output rollers, straight angle and angle of elevation, hydraulic system, electrical control system and automatic spot welding mechanism.
Main machine: It consists of main machine frame, centering mechanism of step-by-step motor for upper and lower flanges, manual centering box of web and hydraulic clamping box, pressing mechanism of movable beam, conveying motor and decelerator.
Hydraulic system: A hydraulic pump station will feed oil to all of the hydraulic cylinders of the complete machine. The hydraulic system operates by means of electromagnetic valve in the control of computer and manual control.
Spot welding system: 2 sets of gas shielded welders, 4 pneumatic welding torches for automatic track, 4 feeders and 2 sets of heating flowmeters are provided.
Cooling of the Hydraulic System
a. GLC1-1.0 oil cooler is used for cooling the hydraulic station system of the assembling machine. Its small in volume, light in weight and perfect in heat dispelling.
